• AI-powered text and image generation
• Utility functions (QR codes, translations, etc.)
• Entertainment and fun features
• Web utilities and tools

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
• Spamming commands or attempting to disrupt service
• Using the Bot for illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, exploit, or attack the Bot
• Using the Bot to generate harmful, inappropriate, or NSFW content
• Impersonating others or creating fake content with malicious intent
• Automating commands or using self-bots to interact with shiver
• Sharing or distributing premium features without authorization

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Bot or any features at any time
• Limit usage during periods of high traffic or system maintenance
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons
• Terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms
• Change pricing or features of premium services with notice

5. Premium Features and Payments

Paid features are subject to the following:

• No refunds: Subscriptions, one-time purchases, and lifetime access are non-refundable. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. By purchasing, you accept this policy.
• Lifetime access means the lifetime of the service, not the user
• We may revoke access for Terms violations
• Features and pricing may change with notice
• Sharing license keys is prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Bot usage
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by the Bot
• Actions taken or decisions made based on Bot output or information
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Third-party content, services, or websites accessed through the Bot
• User-generated content created using the Bot
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to user data

7. User Content and Responsibility

Some commands process user-provided content. You are solely responsible for:

• Content you provide to or generate using the Bot
• Ensuring you have rights to any content you provide
• Complying with applicable laws regarding generated content
• Not using the Bot to infringe intellectual property rights

You retain rights to your original content, but grant us limited rights to process it for command functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

The shiver bot, website, and associated content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• Attempts to exploit or attack the service
• Legal or regulatory requirements

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through our Discord server support system initially, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
