Usage Guidelines

You agree to use Shiver in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use Shiver for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate premium access if you violate these terms or Discord's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Shiver is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot. We do not guarantee uptime or data retention.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Shiver after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
